Handler moving wrong ingredients?

I'm trying to automate the chemist, setup the handler to move from a storage rack to the chemistry station. Problem is, instead of moving the pseudo, 10 acid and 10 phosphorus, he moved pseudo and 20 phosphorus into the slots (when there was both acid and phosphorus available on the storage rack).

Which means literally nothing works on its own, I need to manually move the correct ratio of ingredients anyway to fix it so the handler is useless for this task? Or am I missing something to make him move the right ratio of ingredients?
