Continuation of Grow Op
I wondering if anyone else has or is considering dismantling their grow op.

I'm currently using the barn for coca, and I'm considering moving my meth lab to the bungalow from the sweatshop, keeping the motel as storage, and then using the sweatshop as my base of operations (gonna make it my studio apartment).

My grow op is currently in the bungalow but for the money it seems to make sense to turn it into my meth lab.

I'm about to buy the warehouse but will probably keep it empty until further updates and likely newer drugs (Hoping for Psychedelics, in which case i would probably turn the sweatshop into a shroom factory).

Any thoughts or personal experience would be greatly appreciated!

yeah bungalow becomes more appropriate for mixing machines and stuff, but realistically, once you have warehouse, you only really need it and barn.

I also wanna comment on... you don't need to do huge mixes, I do believe smaller mixes will yield more money and be much less effort. :P

I agree, I mostly mix for new customer base, my dealers get a two maybe three mix strains, i just don't see weed as very profitable, and one less thing to restock would free up time to harass the cops or something lol
what do you use motel and sweatshop for PC?

I pretty much did the opposite. Went into the warehouse first and I'm just thinking about getting the barn. Personally I use the bungalow as an auto meth farm, and has a bunch of drying racks that I hardly ever use anymore. The sweatshop is my old weed spot, I hardly use this anymore (just recently re-funded the worker there to make my most in demand grass). Currently I have one botanist doing 8 pots in the warehouse, and the rest is storage and coca. Thinking about getting the barn to make more coca and set up a mixer line to auto mix complex recipe's.
There probably gonna be a new large property to buy in a month so you probably won't have to save a current property for future use.
Yeah my barn is pretty automated for coca, i just don't want to juggle to many things as it does become a little tedious.

Bungalow and Barn for meth only, purple grade, don't do any mixs, too tedious. And the warehouse i have 16 plants and 8 coc plants as well. I only make the grandfather pot as well. I am considering getting rid of the pot all together and going with meth, and may even get rid of the coc as well, as it takes forever to make.

Im going for more quantity/volume, with some middle of the road quality. I find selling quantities of 30-50 meth to one client at a time pretty profitable. Think im worth around 1.7 mil atm.

that is pretty good, ive shot up to 1,5 mil net worth and so far

I have coco and weed in my barn and i move it over to the docks with a van and have it cooked and mixed. and Yeah the bungalow is a great self sustaining meth house. But I think for perfect optimization you only make one product and drop the other two. but I like having all 3
I agree to have full optimization one would have to pick one product, but it does get a little to easy lol
