Where does everyone find mods for the game?

On that note, any word if Tyler might decide to try to reach out and get direct implementation of some of the mods straight into the game? I didn't even know there were mods out there, but if he is a one man or small team, I'm sure some modders would love to see their mods help develop the game, especially with QoL mods!
