unlock the next area, sell stuff to customers connected to the next one. you can see it in your "Contacts" app on the phone. if the dealers friends like you, they will unlock it and you can hire them. The Customer will tell you about that after the deal that gives enough sympathy.

Press your MAP key to where new customers are roaming. Then give them a sample of regular weed or mixed weed. If they like the sample, then remember where they were for next time you meet them and attempt to sell to them at very low, ROCK BOTTOM prices to gain their friendship faster. Eventually you will meet to 2 to 4 customers on the Contacts page who are directly connected to the dealer. Sell to those connected customers at LOW prices for their friendship. Eventually you will get a nod to the new dealer.
