Customer rejecting orders because of not what they wanted?

So I got orders for OG Kush and gave the customers OG Kush, but they rejected the order?
So, I see that there are qualities or something? As some are trash OG Kush etc? Meaning I see that I have some with blue colors and red colors, does that have anything to do with it? And how do one get one or the other, is it pure chance?

yea the best is yellow but currently in the game not required at all
blue is standard mostly requested
and the max needed

But I don't understand how I know wich color they want, doesn't say anything in the text message?
And also, I don't understand how to get the different colors, I got red and blue currently, but I have done the same every time, but I have two different colors?

open your phone contacts, each area has a quailty required

so with kush if you applied red fert you destroy quailty increase yield
but if you use only green fert you increase quailty

So, and there are people there that have very low standard and just low standard, and some where it doesn't say anything.
So I undertand that the people with very low would accept the red, and low maybe and those without any text telling what standard need at least blue?

so in contacts you see a list of customer, so for example in the first area peter file he needs that areas requested colour

but if the customer is from a purple area in the contacts, that would expect purple

it tells you their standards when you do the deal above the desired effects of each customer.

every single customer has a standard listed there.

to keep it simple if you just use green bottle (fert) with your seeds you will just produce purple quality and since thats the highest requested quality at the moment

cant go wrong.
