You only need the 3 of the suppliers "S", the dealers "D" will message you when they are low on product and customers "C" will message you when you list a product for sale.

They will come back as soon as a customer orders a new delivery.

Once the message is deleted, it will not come back. You will still get new messages from that customer though, so you haven't actually kicked them off your client list- they'll be back for another fix in a day or three.

If you deleted the messages where they were telling you where to meet for a sale, you can find all your open deals in the "Journal" on your cellphone. The sale will still take place as long as you're there in time.
