The objectives end as soon as youve produced your first meth. But i guess when the game is more completed the objectives may also contain cocain production. However, theres no need to sell hard drugs, you can stay with weed. Takes a little bit longer until you can make big purchases but that isnt a problem actually as theres no end game and you will propably stop playing as soon as you made enough money.
