Do you guys have a factory for all three drugs?
I'm getting tired of managing the inventory of all three drug mix factories. Was thinking about cutting out Meth. What have you guys been doing?

im only selling kush weed, but i create production labs for the others
I only sell og kush i don't use previous buildings

I just do one, currently coke. I did weed until I unlocked meth and then stopped making weed. Same with meth to coke. Since there are no diminishing returns from feeding the same drugs to customers, its just easier to make only one.

I would say there is no reason outside of Roleplay stuff to do all 3. Just do 1 unless you WANT to do all 3.
I've been trying out a bunch of things on different saves. Weed only runs, meth only runs (haven't stuck with a solo save long enough to hit cocaine, but I've dabbled with coke in multiplayer with some buddies). I've tried the Purely Legal run (cleaning trash, gambling, gold trade).

The last run I got fairly far in was weed + meth in the docks warehouse. Just a basic set up really, 8 pots, 8 drying racks, 2 chem stations, 2 ovens, 2 mixers (I ran mixing and sample stuff).

I could see switching out weed for cocaine and tossing in some cauldrons and some extra ovens pretty easily, but I think doing weed + cocaine would take up too much real estate. I have a decent laptop, but it's getting old and pushing into potato territory. I can't handle running multiple locations (solo), so I'm going off the viewpoint of "consolidate and simplify".

I'm looking forward to the Mansion so I can cram all three industries comfortably under one roof.
Meth is the easiest... you have 2 chemist and 2 handlers to keep the meth tables stocked and have them press the meth into bricks and stack it... only thing you to do is order supplies... i mean i play alot of games where you have to monitor way way more than this game...so this simple to me i guess
I'm all about cocaine. Barn, Docks and even in the Bungalow i've got some Botanists to grow some extra leafs. Meth and Weed aren't worth it anymore.

I don't have coke unlocked yet. I have two weed dealers and a crank pusher. My weed guys are quick, daily income so I focus on keeping them stocked up routinely. My crank guy is more of a fat cash cow, but only like once a week so long as I keep him stocked, too, so meth is more of a side gig. My main product will ALWAYS be top shelf zaza lol

All 4 weeds in the barn (with only 2 botanists), meth in the bungalow (only 1 chemist), coca in the docks.
All bricks, no mixing at all.
Very easy to refill supplies, have a stock surplus and mix stuff myself to sell to my VIP customers.

You'll eventually earn the money no matter how you want to do it, but at least for a while it's fun to watch the townsfolk morph into different things. It's interesting setting up chains of stuff to mix, it just really depends on what you feel like doing.

There's not a lot of reason to manage all 3 if you're sick of it. But it can be fun to for role playing and messing around.
ive finally got to kingpin and this is what i gotta say.. lotta folks saying weed aint worth and i dont blame them with the kind of money the other two rake in. However i still sell weed just cause i like selling it lol but also it helps with those needy customers who are wanting something quick. i used the sweatshop to have one chemist make a bunch of meth for me and id mix in the motel room. Now its used for extra coke when needed. Bungalow was/still is weed and my dock and barn is full coke with a 16 mix process only in the dock. its tedious, its a lot of work, but everyone has their way of playing :)
700k net worth weed operation, at 24 planters, 3 workers. planning to add one more set of 8. 100 bricks of each kind waiting to be mixed. got a few nice weed recipes. a 5 mix at 125, and a 3 mix at 95. I own 4 vans and a truck and 2 cars. all the buildings, started 9 days ago. should hit a million net worth in 2 to 3 days. only sold 100 meth rocks so far. gonna skip that. Grow and dry at the barn, transport to warehouse to brick and mix. got 12 mixers. seeds at the motel room, bungalow is another grow op. about 200k worth of base weed in stock. 3 dealers. i drive myself to my vans when they're full. Truck at the bungalow and an awaiting van. 2 vans at the barn and 2 cars at the warehouse. Use the delivery for mixers at the warehouse. 400 of each mixer per session. mix 20 bricks in 5 minutes. distribute, 40k value. I do the garbage runs using 8 garbage pickers at once. I also take care of drying. fun game :)

I set up my barn to do coke and the docs to do Green Crack. In my main save I have hit the 1 million and are working on changing the whole thing and streamline it ( without using guides or youtube ) I like figuring out things my own way. I'm thinking of quitting weed, and rebuild the barn into a grow area and the warehouse into the production area ( it just fits themewise )

In my second save, I'm doing an "only weed" thing and have allowed myself only to own the barn outside of the motel and sweatshop the game "forces" you to get. I can't use dealers outside of Benji, and he only have 3 customers. Customers have been removed after he did his first sale. I've also had to buy the chem/lab and 1 each of pseudo, acid and phosphorus. I've done this due to the storyline/questline have you do that. Sold the chem and lab to the pawnshop after the quest was fulfilled. I want to see how long it will take me to reach a million on this save too, with only Green Crack and mixes. I'm experimenting with different mixes to see what I can come up with. Yes, I know there's guides, yes I know there's a calculator .. but for me, it defeat the purpose of the trial and error part :D

Currently I've been doing a 4 mix but thinking of increasing it in the future.

For me, it's not about speeding it, but just RP the "dude started from scratch, wanted to make it big" kinda thing .. but hell .. it's hard to run around reaching all of the customers in time lol

I have all 4 properties in use. I grow coca leaves in my apartment, I make meth in my bungalow (2 labs, 2 ovens and 8 mixing stations), and I mix meth (6 labs, 6 ovens) and coca (8 pots, 3 couldron and 3 ovens) in my barn. All of these sources feed into a single line of 8 mixing stations. And finally, the warehouse is where I make cocaine alone: ​​24 pots, 6 boilers and ovens, 8 mixing stations. To make all of this work, I need a huge amount of ingridients, about $25,000 a day in ingredients for the gas station mixing stations alone. It becomes almost impossible to play).
And I see a very simple way to solve this problem on the developer's side. Tyler increase the pack size for ingredients for the mixing station to 100-200 in stack, otherwise resource control in the end game is very stifling, PLEASE)))

P.S. I sell meth for 305+$, Cocoine for 650+$

I have coke and meth being produced in the Barn. It offers plenty of space for a meth lab and two coke labs. I no longer deal in weed at all. One chemist can rock 4 stations, so that's meth and half of the coke covered. I have the extra cauldron to handle overflow myself. I do all the growing, drying, mixing, and packaging myself. It's just infinitely faster to do it that way. Botanists are useless and not worth the money at all. Custodians are garbage too. I cut out trash cans and bags way early in my runs. They are a completely unnecessary expense. Packers are meh as it's so much more efficient to do it yourself. So many people waste money on useless employees in this game.
