Issue with getting ray as a contact

houses in the uptown region dont have the knock on door option eg for ray hoffman's house also you can't sell to him at work.

you can, just hit him with low power and talk to him right after it.
He will drop out of his dialogue for a short time.
Otherwise wait until he closes and talk to him when he is outside his store.

yep, like Bloodhound89 said.. I waited outside His shop just before 6pm until he came out and talked to him.. there is also a girl that lives in the same apartments as him that you also cannot knock to get , I waited outside the apartment for her to get her as a customer
