stuttering every second after buying Lada

after buying lada i get this weird stuttering every second, game freezes for a half second

any fixes?

I get this after the latest patch as well. Not car dependent.

likely linked to idle employees with a problem in their production chain, make sure botanists especially have their supply shelves full and their output shelves empty

I had that issue, but before the patch. In my case, it was a vsync issue. Try disabling that, helped in my case.
