Every store has opening and closing hours. If it's too late, just go eepy and swing by in the morning.

could be time of day if you cannot get in, best thing when theres bugs like this is to restart your game and it should sort out most issues, if youre selling certain drugs to shopkeepers they could be passed out behind the counter too ie if you give them something like explosive or seizure effects

No but its during its opening hours its currently 4pm in game and hes just not there also this happened earlier whilst playing with my friend too

I’m having the same issue but after restarting dan will be there for an in game day then disappear again
