Hello folks
is there a disadvantage if I don't answer the customers' calls and ignore them?

If you keep turning them down or ignoring them, you eventually lose friendship points with them. If you don't have enough to sell, you can turn off sales in the products menu temporarily.

the only real disadvantage you get is to lose money

people who call you give sometimes lot more money for your product

dealer sell only based on selling price nothing more and with 20% cut
