Copyright law is so nonsense, that stuff's been around since before many people's great grandparents, get not just making a bootleg of something and passing it off, but just the thought some parody being sued over and case not being laughed out of court within half an hour, every single time, sad.
Orange is technically just brown with high saturation and brightness, that turns into orange through context^^
you put doubt in me it's orange for other people too or just you ?
on my monitor look light brown maybe my oled have bad setting ?
Some people can't see orange as good in some situations or might even not be able at all depending on if it's part of their language or not (same with telling green and blue apart, since it wasn't always important to do so in many societies^^)
you wouldnt be saying that if it was something of yours that was copyrighted and someone else is making money off it without your permission.
If you're colorblind like me (or not) you can use color adjustment tools to make that "red" again if you really care that much - but at that point, maybe a community skin pack that just goes ahead and slaps "Coke" on the can with the swish and tell big corpo to bite you for interfering with your escapist immersion.
Okay nevermind i was thinking im going crazy but the soda machine was brown (the one right next to the Fat Dragon restaurant) because of the sunset...
I'm in the city during the day, and it's indeed orange.
I rather think it's a major advertisment. If anything Coca Cola would make money off him in this case... because this game surely does not sell well because it is one of a thousand games that features a lookalike coca cola.
Edit: Not saying copyright in general is pointless, but in this case I think it's rather the other way around. Coca Cola ruins their rep and free ads by going after something like this imho. Especially ridiculous, if you consider there's tons of games that do this.
