Bought a House, Now I Can’t Launder Money or Play the Game
Hey folks, just a heads-up for anyone going off the main missions and doing their own thing in Schedule 1.

The game has two types of money: cash and bank (card) money. Most purchases (properties, equipment, upgrades) require card money, which means you need to deposit cash into the bank.

Here’s the problem: there’s a $10,000 lifetime cap on how much cash you can deposit. I didn’t realize this early on, so once I had some card money saved up, I bought a house (the bungalow), thinking I was progressing.

Later on, the game tells you to buy a business, which is needed to raise your bank deposit limit—but by then, I’d already hit the $10k cap. And since I spent most of my bank money on the house, I now don’t have enough card money to buy any business, even the cheapest one.

So now I’m stuck. I have dirty cash, but I can’t launder it. I need card money, but I can’t deposit more cash. And without a business, I can’t raise the limit. It’s a loop with no clear way out.

Is there any fix for this? I’d really hate to restart after several hours just because I didn’t follow the “right” mission order. This feels like a serious design flaw, and I hope there’s a workaround or patch coming soon.

Let me know if you’ve figured out a way past this. I’d really appreciate any help.

Its 10k per WEEK. Not lifetime.
keep sleeping until the new week comes aka Monday, then deposit the money into ATM

I'm not reading all this because I can tell you don't know what you're talking about.

There's a $10k weekly cap.

Not a lifetime cap.

This also doesn't softlock you since you can still do everything you need to do (minus buying basic supplies, which you shouldn't have an issue with if you're playing remotely smart). If you did play super dumb, just let the time pass until you can sleep and repeat that until you hit Monday and can deposit more money.

And next time, play smarter.
Just keep grinding money, don't get arrested.
$10k weekly cap every time, buy the businesses to launder and it'll start picking up faster and faster.

This was something I learned the hard way at the beginning. Its easy to expand without realizing the funds required to maintain it. I did something similar to the OP, but after that I realized its better to buy out the businesses before buying property.
