Lets just say at the beginning of the game, it literally tells you to NOT try any of these combo's, you may hurt yourself. So, not realistic in the sense you're thinking with a lot of the mixes combo's.

Well, do you make drugs by tossing random things into a mixer like donuts, horse semen and such? If not, then no, it is not realistic, it is indeed, satire. It's a comical whimsy co-op drug dealing game. With wacky effects from using the product and or watching others do so.

to be more serious , the dr*g fabrication is not accurate like in real life in schedule 1 , this is a not serious game but he's very fun that's arcade . if you want to feel like a real dr*g de*ler , buy DDS 1 ( the 2 is not good ) sry if my english is bad im french
