Mission bugs

While my friend and I were playing, she punched the seller in the warehouse, after he killed her we went to bed thinking it would bring our now missing missions back (Yes we are stupid for not just going back to the last save), and our missions are gone, and we can not move forward in the game, we have gotten so far, and it will be an extreme bummer to have to restart. Is there anyway to fix this?

I suggest that the dev makes it so you cannot punch in the warehouse, for if you accidentally punch someone in there, your game is pretty much thrown in the trash.

the npc will return after a day or two of sleeping, they should reset and then your missions should return also

We have played atleast 15 days after the "incident", The npc did return after sleeping, but our missions are just gone. We have leveled up hella, we even bought everything for the meth lab, but the game wont give us the pill dealer, or the missions.
