We need apartment block for multiplayer !

One: Joined friends having each an apartment to furnish is cool and keeps friend returning to same game. You can make only apartment owner and police can open the door, owner himself should get a peephole so he opens the door every time at his own risk.
Two: Big apartment block can be modeled cliché like cool with labs and security at basement level and apartments at higher level like New York or Paris.
Three: you can make multiplayer more meaningful by creating wave like gang attacks on the multiplayer apartment block. With hired guards fighting off the attacks. As in factorio, some players just love the wave defense aspect of any game.
