there's no legitimate method to attain heavenly psuedo
only purple psuedo; to get heavenly(gold) you have to console summon it sadly.

Heavenly meth will most likely be reserved for biker crank, which is in the game's code but not officially implemented.

Biker crank is P2P meth, like in breaking bad; Also in the game is baby blue, from the same show; probably related. Maybe heavenly p2p crank will output baby blue.
