Suggestion - Notepad?

Can we get an in game notepad? Like how we have the signs that are static, notepad would be nice to write stuff in like what we need to shop for and recipes or whatever. Maybe an app on the phone?

Could be a little sticky pad added to the clipboard we use to assign workers. I was wanting something like this too so I could more easily tell at a glance what ingredient should go in the empty mixers.
