Lag fix - Change your Video settings temporarily

This has worked for me instantly every time so far, I've changed from high to low, and later on I changed from low to high. From what I can tell it isn't the setting that matters, its just that changing the setting refreshes something and fixes the lag. This has worked for me instantly both times and I suspect is always going to work.
