hmm?
Not for a long while and that's only if Tyler wants to port it to consoles.
Porting to consoles is a lot of work and you can't just slap anything on it, have to pass some store checks first. The game isn't in a great state to be put on consoles to begin with and it would only make tyler spend moeny on people who are capable of accomplishing that.

It's an early access game and as far as I'm aware, Tyler estimates at least two years before it's out of early access, the game most likely will not be ported to consoles until it leaves early access.

So no, it's not happening by August.

There is no way this game would pass certification on xbox or PSwhatever in its current state. Probably at least a year or more.

You realize a one person dev team... will take years to get a good port, right?
Who am I kidding, of course not. Nobody cares that this game was years in the making and isn't even more than his bare-bones vision. Nobody cares that bugfixes and patces take months. Content updates take months. A lot of this is going to be flushed out before a console will even let him try to sell in their stores.
Also I do not think this will come for the Switch 2. Japan is pretty anti drug use.

Try August 2026.

Think about how long it took for Stardew Valley to get a port. And often any updates to the computer version takes about 4-6 months to port onto console. It's not an easy process to port things. Since it's early access, it's not worth it to port as that just means potentially have to rewrite the code several times adding unnecessary work.

It's better for a dev to focus on adding features to the game, improving quality of life and such. And then when it's more polished and there's not going to be any drastic changes THEN work on the port.

This is how it starts. First of all, and I am only trying to educate you OP, Asking "When will game be on Console" within 30 days of it's release is really stupid. Next time, give it at least 6 months before asking for porting
Second, even if they DO port it, that doesn't mean crossplay will be available. That also will take time. FFS the game is only in English right now.
Third, it's hilarious you think this game would possibly end up on the Switch.

That would be wishful thinking at best! This shows that you have no real idea how porting games from one platform or another needs to be done because here's the reality, it's not as simple as you might think it is. There's entire dev kits that need to be acquired which is their own upfront cost and then there's the matter of how quickly or how slowly the company sending that kit gets around to actually doing it, then there's the optimization for consoles since they're restricted to what they can handle versus PC are more unrestricted in that department.
