Multiplayer bugging out

Been playing this with a friend (he being the host), and for the most part, it was all fine. After we acquired the barn, we decided that I would work with the bungalow to make weed, and he'd set up the barn to make meth. But, weird stuff kept happening, and at times it would get progressively worse... for starters:
- The 4 storage shelves I used for mixing ingredients would empty at strange and alarming rates.
- 2 storage shelves I kept in the first room would teleport into the back room. One of which would be placed in an impossible spot and stick out through the outside wall.
- I ordered a delivery van, emptied it, but the app says it was never emptied. My friend (host) could see the van, and emptied it to fix it.

Sometimes I would try dropping out and rejoining his game to see if they would fix problems. Sometimes they did, and sometimes it made things worse, such as:
- all items in shelves, mixers, and production machines go missing.
- unable to pickup previously stated objects due to invisible items.
- some work stations would vanish
- unable to adjust employee AI with work stations and machines because it thinks it's on the "wrong property"

My friend could still see and interact with all the missing items. He would have to pick up and place down objects for me to work with them again, which is annoying and time consuming. So, I'm wondering, is this some sort of desync issue? Could this be an issue from being so far apart from each other on the map? Maybe the employee AI is causing it?

He is working on MP issues employees issues. The beta did not work smoothly so it might take a bit longer before new release.

Also have very similar issue's (not on beta). I play coop in which i'm the host, we can see all the furniture, storage & items within them. But after buying the barn strange things started happening like you said, but only for my friend. It's fine for me but about 3/4 of the shelves and equipment in our barn tp across the map & can't be interacted with, the van can't be interacted with either.
