in that sense rockstar should remove from gta5 their version of coke or change it. there is also "sprunk" or sprite with the same colors and very similar name. I dont know the game world law pretty good but im still guessing if you copy a real brand in your game and change the logo and name(no need for color change) then it should be all fine. But it still could be our Tyler wants to be safe fom any sueing

Tyler probably did it just to be safe, or maybe he's a fan of fanta. I don't think parodies of real-life stuff in-game is copyrightable but he might just be playing it safe, which is good if you ask me. Better to just change a little silly thing like that, than to wake up to a lawsuit due to an angry corpo.

changing it to be colored like fanta makes more since for this game, because growing up it was a stereotype that stoners drink fanta. granted cuke being coke, which used to have cocaine in it also makes since. but maybe its an Easter change?

they may have gotten permission to use it in there game in exchange for something called royalties, amazing how many people just dont understand how something like copyrights work. btw if you knew how copyrights work youd know that changing a name or logo isnt always enough
