better effects coming?

So far we have laxative and smelly, but why no specific fart effect? It should be possible, and I really do respect the work the dev has put it, but why not? Is there any hope this will be added in the future? Bought the game after seeing they tried to cancel the dev, and having a blast, but I feel a lot is missing still. Thank you and god speed, keep the woke out!
