When to dry weed?

I know that drying weed in this doesn’t really matter yet, but I still have a question. I am going to using the drying racks soon to try them out, but do I dry weed before or after mixing it with other ingredients?

I've always done it before mixing, because generic product is easier to process and store en-mass than mixed product.
