PSA: Suburbia rip offs!
Pay attention to requests from suburbia district customers over the phone!
They will regularly ask for product at less-than-fair-price value, make sure you are not being taken for a ride by WASPs; it is easy to miss because they buy large quantities of expensive product but make sure to check "counter offer" to see if they're trying to get away with unfair prices!
