i cant find the pawn shop guy?what 2 do

Mick is kinda buggy lately, make sure he isn't assigned to your dealers and you still might have to knock him unconscious with a baseball bat or restart the game to get him to show up in his shop.

I've found the most consistent solution is actually to save your game in the motel and then reload it and immediately go to the pawn shop.

this works 100% of the time for me
