Seems that very few people actually get this. Just like "Cuke", it is a reference to "The IT Crowd" tv series.
When I saw "Cuke", I instantly knew what it was from. Then saw Peter File and just burst out laughing. Dev definitely watches the show! Nice one :)

LOL I'll try this. Also the Dev is probably throwing a little bit of accolades to IT Crowd here which is a British sit com. In that show Jen dates a guy named Peter File and they also say "Cuke" instead of Coke. Both things are in this game and so I didn't even think anything of it when I first saw the dude's name just laughed.
