Option to Remove Garbage.

There is a mod out there that completely removes out the trash from the streets. I'm not a fan of installing mods, but apparently it makes the game runs better by having less items loaded.

Collecting trash is fun and useful on the early game, but after just a few hours of game it loses any need. By having an option to remove, it would improve game performance. Specially end game with how many stuff we can produce/have loaded all at once.

To keep the "spirit" of the game play, any trash generated by player wouldn't be removed. So we would still have to pick up soil bags, gasoline jars, etc. Or hire a cleaner to do so.

just enable console from ingame settings and type cleartrash, by pressing ~
