game broken??

hi guys! just wondering is anyone could help me figure out what happened to my game.. so I went to hire a chemist and was gonna take a break, that all went fine until i came back and went to load in my game, on the home screen or wtv my character is completely black. it still says my original net worth from when i got off but after i loaded into my game, i noticed ALL my cash was gone and i had close to 50k. all of my money on my card is still there tho. then i decided to check what my character looked like in-game and now im somehow a male?? also the chemist i hired is gone and never saved. im not sure what happened but if anyone could help or anything it would be really nice :)
