Why did I get arrested?

I was just standing around on my skateboard, looking through contacts on my phone trying to figure out how to unlock another dealer, when suddenly I'm being arrested for assault and evading arrest?

The only reason I can think of that might be the cause for the assault part of the arrest is that since I was standing on my skateboard, maybe someone walked into me and the game, not taking into account that I wasn't actually moving, acted the same as if I had ran into them while riding the skateboard. I cannot really come up with an explanation for the evading arrest part of it though.

Anyone have any ideas?

Nope, when i get arrested i generally asked for it.

Best guess?

The cop decided to randomly search you, bumped into your skateboard, got knocked over, and then arrested you for 'assault' (the bump) and 'evading arrest' (being on a skateboard).

Normally they don't care about skateboard bumps, but they get angry if you move or interrupt a body search.
