Locked out of property?

In my multiplayer worlds, we cant open doors to our own properties, basically making the game near unplayable. but on the few times it does work, All of our stuff just despawns from the game. our racks and chem stations are just gone. this makes the game physically unplayable. as there is now nothing for us to do besides gamble and pick up trash....... would not recommend anyone get this game. Not until major bug fixes
