Report a translation problem
Once you've identified them, use the clipboard to remove them from what ever part they are breaking at. Allow some time to pass (usually wait until curfew and start the next day), then save and reload give it another in game day and then re-appoint the previous task.
If this doesn't work , remove the task again, pick up what ever they were using (mixer/ brick press etc) replace it and do the same above.
A bit frustrating but this is what I've had to do so far when they start and it seems to get them back on track.
If all of the above still fails, sack the identified worker give it an in game day (always after curfew and in a new day) and re-hire another and set them to the required tasks.
