Curious, does plants thats not harvested spoil if you wait too long?

Title, If i where to not harvest and wait till next day, do they like spoil/despawn? Or can i wait as long as i want till i need to harvest? its just i have enough drugs for awhile, so id like to just wait if i can

I don't believe there is a spoil feature (yet) I hope it's not added tbh. I hated it in Weed Shop 3
