Problem with hireing dealers

Hi! Me and my friend are playing on this world toghether and we cant hire other dealers than Benji. It says to get friendly with one of their conections even tho we have the best relationship with all the costumers connected to the dealers!

Each part of town has a dealer, so basically, you can't have more than one, you need to check your relationship map again, and click on other parts of town, the next one appear after you reach a certain level. Level up with your friends, get more connections on the new part of town, that new part would be unlocking more recipes I assume, you'll unlock a female dealer this time. (spoiler xd)
