The update that has the pawnshop and boutique has things like gold ingots and expensive liquor bottles (Can't be used for mixing or drank, just put on a shelf to say I bought a $5k bottle of wine because I could.)

Edit: My mistake, just gold ingots. Silver and gold watches and necklaces though!
