How to access Pawn Shop?
It's always greyed out and when we knock nobody comes out?

it's still in beta release branch, it's not officially out to public, you can access through the beta branches in game parameter on steam

Are you on the Beta branch? It's only in beta for now. If you're not, it's currently slated to be added to the main branch within the next couple days.

if you do opt into the beta. the pawn shop dudes name is "Mick Lubbin" he may or may not be there when u load.

if he doesnt spawn he might be a set as a "customer" and might actually be waiting for one of your dealers. i removed from "janes" list and he's kinda almost always there now. sometimes hes missing but for the most part hes working the pawn shop more consistently after removing as a customer.
