locked out of the map by jump glitch

tried using jump glitch at 4am to get from bungalow to barn but i overshot. got locked into the mountains by the barrier with no way out and no way to perform the jump glitch again. had to navigate in the dark to find a way to die so i could respawn in the map, took like 5 minutes but still annoying. itd be cool if there was a way to quickly end your own life or areas to perform the jump glitch to jump back over
