It's been kinda uncommon to see it in any games for the last several years now.
Why are you not just turning up the resolution in game though?
By default the game tries to run at 4k even when you have a 1080p display.
the aliasing doesn't get any better at higher resolutions though, even if you do use SMAA or FXAA, so none of this will actually solve your issue
And slightly off topic:
DLSS below 4 is about as bad as TAA with the ghosting on fast moving objects, so personally I don't understand calling TAA bad but generally calling DLSS good. Especially when some implementations of DLSS cause massive framerate swings when you move the camera quickly, making it preform worse in those games than traditional AA methods.
