I'm no longer a consule dude. PC guys help me running my first game Schedule 1

I'm officaly a gaming Noob again since I got my first console as a kid. In process of research to build a gaming pc but for now I'm using my laptop which isn't made for gaming... Schedule 1 made me make the jump early.. what a game!

Would love to know what are some things I can do to help with my laptops performance/make the game more manageable for me to play. My frames are shockingly bad and my laptop sounds like a areoplane after an hour of use xD

I turned quality all the way down on schedule settings. did a basic computer performance scan with kaspersky cleared some things out etc. I also deleted/cleared a lot of useless things I had running in background to help clear up my RAM.
Any more tips ?

here is a secret for you, now that you have a PC.
You can plug in and use XBox controllers and use them to game as well, just so you don't feel too lost with PC gaming.

Your laptop probably doesnt have a dedicated gpu, so i wouldnt suggest gaming on it.

lowering the resolution is the easiest way to gain performance, so try to halve the resolution.

if you stay away from shady websites and downloads you can ditch your antivirus, nowadays windows comes with a built in antivirus, and it should keep you safe. it uses less resources than 3rd party ones.

if you are using the same Windows for a long time, I suggest you to download a new precracked one, put it on a USB and doing a reformatting stuff.

Also depending on the hardware, you can turn on upscaling and frame gen. So it at least feels better.

Delete Kaspersky. Windows defender is better and it is free. If you like play AAA games on you laptop try geforce now.
