Hey man you're right the bright eyed effect does work at night and it makes it bearable. It very well could be my monitor but at night without the bright-eyed effect I run into walls that are about 3 feet in front of me. Lol Imagine seeing the king pin dealer running into walls around the city.
You put a lot of thought into this and I want to thank you for your time and "effort"
Lol thank you yeah I figured this out last night and yeah it works a whole lot better
I just did it and had to adjust the gamma setting in Nvidia display down but thank you very much I will know "tonight"
Okay, you saying this, as well as other replies, let's me know it is probably my monitor. As I wrote to another poster, I will run into a wall that's 2 feet in front of me because I can't see it in the game. Another poster suggested messing with windows gamma calibration settings which I did so we'll see if that helps at all. Other than that Smoking Bright-eyed weed at night really helps.
