Question about employee beds.

Can I not set my employees to a bed somewhere else besides why they actually work?
Like I have 5 employees set up to work at the Bungalow and I want them all to sleep in the 5 beds I have at the Motel room. Is this possible if not then why not? Do people irl sleep where they work I know I don’t.

Yes much better idea than either beds or bunk beds since beds just get in the way and are pointless since the npcs never actually sleep in the beds.
