Game without Mixing
Do you actually have to mix them? I was thinking about creating a store where I only sell the basic ingredients without mixing them. What do you think, will that still work? And a question about how it works with addiction. The product has a probability, so that simply tells you how likely it is that it will cause addiction?

it will work, and is feasibly possible to reach endgame in doing so, its just going to take a long ass time because mixing is what nets you the most money in the long run, selling just base of any product kneecaps your potential progress to new sites, vehicles, work stations, employees, dealers, so while its possible, everything is just going to take much longer to do where money is involved.
Nah you don't HAVE to mix anything, it just progresses gameplay faster. More satisfaction from those extremely picky customers, and more money ofc. You can double the base price of your meth with like 4 ingredients, and if you do your mixes all at 4am when times frozen, it'll just cost you a regular ol 4 minutes or so to get it all done. Personally, it depends on the product, and I'll only do like 3-4 ingredients tops unless I want something specific with a cool name attached to it or just for the effects.

No NEED to mix anything, you're in full control of what you do and want to sell

it is not required, but personally mixing is my main activity in this game, everything else do hired bots.

mixing gives unique traits to final product and it feels like mixing is very big part of this game, because i have unlocked dozens of variations and i haven used even half of available ingredients.. so you are going to miss a lot of stuff.

and every product trait gives different effect.
i like trait that makes skin black, it makes me easier to see from far away if can sell stuff or not, instead of coming closer to see the eyes.
some trait like athletic makes you move faster, so you can use it for running.

so i strongly advice you to reconsider your no-mixing decision, you miss a lot of fun!

Well I think you are right, it is a major aspect of the game in the end, just not mandatory
You don't NEED to, but it's fun to do... Give a customer some wacky combo and watch them turn into some wild science experiment x'D
