Sure, you'll have to dodge the cops since it's past curfew, but they're trivially easy to avoid (especially that late) and you'll get an extra curfew bonus equal to +20% of the total deal value.
This. Utilize your time better. Take the (small) risk and deal at night, or get your mixing or whatever done. Don't call it a night until you have nothing left to do, or everything left is time gated and stalled due to waiting for next day.
3 hours is 3 minutes. 3 minutes isn't much time to do anything. I can start cooking 1 liquid meth and start baking the already cooked liquid meth in 40 seconds. If you see that you have 3 minutes and then immediately forget because you got sidetracked... that's a time management problem, not a time scale problem.
You can still order death drops or meet up with your dealer at night. You can even order some things from Gas Station etc. Time is fine, you just need to manage it better.
