do save files get corrupted if u run beta version?

i loaded up the beta version to play with new updates early but i got warned that precious save files may get corrupted. how likely is that to happen?

There was a warning put in place exactly for that reason.

I’m wondering this too. I just have never played a beta branch before. I just want to know if the probability of it crashing is high. Like if other people have lost a save because I have put a lot of time into my 1 save.
P.S. if there is a physical altercation can we place bets?

Make a backup of your saves folder, which can be found in
AppData\LocalLow\TVGS\Schedule I\Saves
