y dealers Benji and Molly won’t deliver a single joint
Hey, I'm having an issue in Schedule 1 with the NPCs Benji and Molly. Their inventories are full of product — they’ve got stock on them — but they’re not doing any deliveries. They’re just stuck at their homes, not moving at all, like they’re on a permanent break. Also, I’m not receiving any new client messages on the phone. It’s like the whole business just froze.

I tried re-logging, sleeping, changing zones — nothing worked. Is anyone else dealing with this bug or knows how to fix it?

Thanks in advance, I need the hustle back on track 🌿💸

Did you overstock them with bricks/jars ? If you aren't very far in the game your customers don't have very deep pockets and can't buy large quantities. Make sure you leave space for them to break the jars/bricks down into individuals.
I had Benji stop moving product somewhat early on when he was the only dealer i had (and it was early on so i didn't HAVE enough product for him to have the "need space to break down large packages in inventory" issue either). Not sure if it's the same one but i seemed to get him working again by taking all the product back and sleeping, he texted me in the morning that he was out of product, like he should, so i gave it back to him and suddenly he figured out how to function again. Might help?

Do you have customers assigned to the dealers?
Do the dealers have at least 1 inventory slot free?
Do you personally have products listed for sale?
Have you tried selling different product, different customers prefer different strains

You also have to make sure they have customers in the App on your phone.

for client messages make sure you have product listed for sale via green check box
I've never had an issue of them not breaking something down. It sounds like you made a batch that the NPC's all think is hot garbage and should probably try to sell it yourself at a lower price. Every day I get around 2500 minimum per dealer depending if I have a hot product or just plain jane stuff.
