Achievements broken? *2 updates*

Update 2: I'm not having any issues with getting new achievements as I earn them now, however I still am unable to get Left In The Dust, & The Long Arm of the Law.
I am still unable to progress through the prologue, & am not gonna keep doing it until the issue gets fixed because I have to force close out of the black screen every time.
& so far, no matter how many times I get arrested, it will not give me the achievement, but I will keep trying.

Update 1: I started a new save to try to get Left In The Dust, Welcome to Hyland Point, & The Long Arm of the Law, which didn’t work because the game got stuck & wouldn’t progress off a black screen so I said screw it & went back to my normal save, & when I did that I got Welcome To Hyland Point, & Dodgy Dealing. So.. I’m guessing it’s just super bugged for me for some reason, & maybe it’ll fix itself over time or something?

I haven't gotten any achievements, even though I've 100% completed the requirements for Left In The Dust (complete the prologue), Welcome to Hyland Point (RV got blown up post-prologue/basically just start the game), Dodgy Dealing (1st dealer), Master Chef (make a product worth $100), & The Long Arm of the Law (get arrested).
I haven't seen anyone else say they're not getting achievements, & friends that are also playing aren't having any issues. 😓
Is there a way to fix this? Will I have to start over? Will I get them retroactively at some point? 😅
Or am I just screwed & will either never get my achievements, or will have to cheat them in? 😭

For me it's only the "Left in the Dust" achievement that doesn't want to unlock. The Prologue always bugs out and ends in a black screen after the scene of driving away from the cops in the middle of the night, without proceeding to the actual game.

People say you need to uninstall the demo but I did that and even deleted that save file from AppData LocalLow folder but alas, no matter how many times I try it doesn't wanna give it.

Same thing happened to me. I've been able to get the other achievements, but the prologue constantly bugs out at that point & there's nothing I can do.
I also did the same with deleting the demo, & it's data.
Hoping this gets fixed in a later patch or something, because at least the prologue isn't too long to have to redo if they do end up fixing it & not retroactively pushing out the achievement to those who should have earned it.

Welcome to Hyland Point as well as Left in the Dust didn't trigger for me

Left in the Dust does not trigger for me, but other achievement works. I have removed the save file and other files from the "Free sample" version and uninstall it.
