Anyone know where Elizabeth Homley stays specifically?

I can't seem to raise the relationship status with her and Ive no idea where she is

If she is the one with blue hair, she sits in front of the basketball court almost every night.

She also sits at the docks in the afternoon through dusk before walking to the basketball courts under the overpass. She doesn't seem to be assigned to a building, despite what the map shows when trying to get her as a customer during the late curfew.

Is that so? I ride past the court all the time but never see her... Maybe customer behaviour is different for everyone

I found her walking in front of the police station when her marker was behind the cafe. Just run around looking for a blue haired person, that's what i did

That's where I found her, too. Previously, her icon was stuck next to the police station.
