Chill Zone for Employees (NPCs)
Right now, employees don't have any "resting" behavior—they just stand outside the hideout doing nothing.
What if, in a future update, we could set up a "Chill Table" or "Chill Sofa" inside the base?

You could place items like weed, donuts, soda, etc. on the table, and the employees would actually use or consume those items.
While chilling, they could also show some communication animations, like talking to each other, laughing, or just relaxing.

Since all work stops after 4:00 AM in-game, that could be the perfect time when employees naturally go into "chill mode" and hang out at the base.
This would make the hideout feel much more alive and immersive.

Would love to hear your thoughts—this game is super hot right now, and I think small features like this could really elevate the vibe!

rather they go to their beds & sit up in bed on their phones ... this could implement a cool risk-reward system of letting you keep employee beds at different locations of their work but they'd have to go home every night & "waste time" commuting in the morning before starting tasks
Beating up the lazy-ass employee who lounges in front of the PS5 all day while baked instead of tending to the product? I'm in!
