pawn shop is shut
just downloaded new update and no update content isnt loading any tips

The update with the pawnshop has not come out yet. It is due out sometime today.

No, only if you switch back from the beta later. Never overwrite your save on an older version of a game after you've made a save on a new version. If you make a save on the beta branch, you'll have to stay on the beta branch until the update hits full release.
